• Chest Rub : Apply a small amount to your child’s chest, back, and throat as needed.  For added respiratory support, apply to the bottoms of the feet and cover with socks. Use during coughs, congestion, or nighttime discomfort.

• Soothe Cough Syrup: 
  Ages 2–5: 1/2 teaspoon, up to 3× daily.
  Ages 6+: 1 teaspoon, up to 3× daily.
  Give directly or mix with a small amount of warm water or juice.

• Relief Root (Pain & Inflammation Tincture):
  Use 1/2 dropperful orally. For daily support: Once per day. For active discomfort, fever, or inflammation:
  Every 2–3 hours as needed. Can be taken directly in the mouth or added to a small amount of juice.

• Rhythm Ear Oil: Warm bottle gently in your hands or warm water. Place 1–2 drops into the affected ear. Use 2–3× daily or as needed. Gently massage around the outer ear and down the neck to support lymphatic drainage and comfort
