How It Works

  • Enjoy 5% off every order as part of your Member’s Perks subscription

  • Payments are automatically deducted before each renewal

  • Orders ship automatically based on your schedule

  • You can cancel or update your subscription anytime through your account profile

Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth subscription experience for all members:

  1. Membership Required — Subscription purchases are only available through the Member’s Perks program.

  2. Automatic Billing — Your card will be charged automatically before each renewal period (30, 60, or 90 days)

  3. Grace Period for Failed Payments —

    • If a payment fails, your subscription will remain active for a 7-day grace period.

    • During this time, we’ll automatically retry your payment method.

    • You’ll receive an email if a payment fails and another once it’s successfully collected.

    • If the payment can’t be processed within 7 days, your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated.

  4. Cancellation Window — You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  5. Shipping Notifications — You’ll receive an email each time your order is processed and shipped.

  6. Price Changes — We’ll notify you in advance if product or subscription pricing changes.

  7. No Refunds on Shipped Orders — Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.

  8. Separate Checkout for Subscriptions — Customers cannot purchase a subscription and a one-time product in the same checkout. Please complete them as separate orders.

A: Log in to your account on theconsciousessentials.com, go to Profile → Subscriptions, and select Edit or Cancel before your next billing date.

A: No worries! Your subscription will remain active for 7 days during our grace period while we retry your payment. You’ll receive an email reminder if action is needed.

Q: Will I be notified before renewal?
A: Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder a few days before your renewal date.

Q: Can I change how often my products arrive?
A: Absolutely! You can switch between 30, 60, or 90 days anytime through your account.
 

Q: Can I checkout with a subscription product and another product at the same time?
A: No — subscription and one-time purchases must be completed separately. Please place them as two individual orders.
